IT Manager Support, Connectivity, Infrastructure, Hardware
We’ve been working with West Suffolk College since 2003 and have managed a number of projects over the years, including a complex site-wide wireless solution and a major virtualisation project involving 40 servers.
We have also supported the college in their transition from single site to multi-site, providing connectivity, hardware and ongoing support.
We continue to work closely with their IT manager to identify and recommend technologies that will support their plans for growth.
Research, development and system design is an important part of D-Techs strategy for future growth as well as producing environmentally friendly products.
Green Duck has supported the college’s growth over the years, which now includes 6 sites, 829 staff and 10,662 students.
Our ongoing relationship has enabled us to work together on a number of proactive and innovative projects in addition to 3rd line IT support and system management.
“West Suffolk College have a long-standing and close-working relationship with Green Duck. Their support over the years has been integral to the huge growth the college has achieved.
I think of Green Duck as an extension of our own team and our relationship is one that works seamlessly, enhancing our delivery of service for all staff and students”
