Green Duck Target Growth with Full Mix Marketing Strategy

Suffolk-based IT experts Green Duck have begun delivering a new marketing strategy with support from Full Mix Marketing to help capitalise on recent developments and achieve their next objectives.

In late 2017, the IT service and support experts predicted a buoyant future following the purchase of software designers Source Code Studios. Eighteen-months on, Green Duck are delighted with the results and excited about their latest plans.

“With the addition of Source Code Studio we again boosted our reputation for making IT work for businesses” says David Buist, Operations Director. “As well as effective and dependable IT, we’re able to deliver software, apps and websites that help businesses improve productivity and better serve customers. We’re keen to continue our own growth and that’s where Full Mix come in!”

Full-service marketing agency Full Mix Marketing were approached by Green Duck to help them identify and deliver the right marketing to promote their growing capabilities. The Norwich-based marketers have worked with their sales team to devise a strategy to boost awareness across the region and beyond.

“We recognise that marketing is fundamental in today’s market place.” adds David “Full Mix are helping us deliver a strategy that gets the best from our resources and further establishes Green Duck as the name businesses think of for IT, software and apps.”

Full Mix Marketing provide strategic, digital and creative marketing, ranging from single elements like social media and SEO through to becoming their clients entire outsourced marketing department. In August, they presented a well-received strategy to Green Duck which includes direct marketing, brand communications and digital marketing, all targeted at businesses in need of better IT.

“Green Duck are one of the region’s most successful IT providers and have been carefully putting the pieces in place to ensure an even brighter future” states Sarah West, Full Mix Marketing’s Managing Director and a CIM Chartered Marketer. “We’re delighted to be ensuring they benefit from effective marketing whilst they concentrate on delivering great IT for busy businesses.”

Green Duck’s senior management team has been boosted with the addition of David Crabb, a successful IT-industry business-leader who is helping shape and lead their sales and marketing focus.

Established in 2002, Green Duck has become one of the region’s largest and best-known providers of IT services and support for businesses and organisation throughout East Anglia. The ‘jargon-free’ computer experts have grown quickly in recent years, in particular by helping local businesses lower costs and improve productivity with cloud-hosted IT. The acquisition of Source Code Studio just under two years ago has also been a source of new clients.

“Many businesses feel they’d benefit if their software and systems worked better together or they could provide their customers with a handy app” continues David Buist. “With Source Code Studio we’ve been able to help many businesses benefit from new solutions which make them more productive and their customers more satisfied.”

With the marketing campaign now underway, Green Duck and Source Code Studio hope to increase their market share and work with more businesses both in East Anglia and beyond.
