Warren Services has today agreed to upgrade to Green Duck's full on-site support contract. The manufacturing company ,based in Thetford, has been a Green Duck client for 4 years. 

Warren were concerned that the remote support contract they had in place was no longer in line with their business requirements. An upgrade to the full on-site support service has given  Warren peace of mind - they are are now confident that they have an appropriate level of support in place to support their business needs today and for the future.
