On-site Support
Sometimes when technology cannot be fixed remotely or because of a physical failure we have to make an onsite visit.
What makes our onsite support stand out from the rest is that we usually know exactly what the problem is before we attend and therefore come to your offices fully equipped for the task in hand.
We are able to do this because we would have diagnosed the issue remotely and ordered the necessary parts prior to our technician getting into their car.
This means you don't end up with a call out fee and the common "I'll need to take it away" or "I need to order a part" while the meter is ticking.
So we save you money, you receive the level of response you demand, we have happy technicians because they can concentrate on getting things fixed in one visit. Win win all round we think!
We have several levels of on-site support.
Pay As You Go – No monthly contract! We will be there when you need us.
Monthly Contract – We will be there when you need us, plus we arrange regular health checks for your systems to spot issues before they become and issue.
PERMANENT – A permanent on-site member of staff for either a contract period or full time
